Creekside Inn Downtown - Cambria

Thank you for a great stay for one night. Fashionable rooms complete with balcony, rock-hard mattresses and a nice view, amicable and pleasant staff. The location is favourable, 2 miles from Bluff Trail. The hotel has a nice restaurant.

The location was lovely, in the rolling hillside. In general the staff were superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating...

I didn't want to say goodbye, so would definitely recommend this hotel. Enjoyed my perfectly pleasant stay for one night. Stayed in heated queen room with a nice view. A microwave and fridges worked well.

Cookies and Cozy Comfort

The warmth of Samantha's welcome. Fresh cookies upon check-in and a beautifully remodeled room with a balcony overlooking the creek added a good touch.

The only setback was the steep driveway, made accessing the hotel a bit tense. Extra care needed when leaving, especially for those with low vehicles.

Checking into Creekside Inn the staff/owner Tim was extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. Creekside Inn outside decor and attention to detail makes one feel at home, in a word "charming" right down to the fat black cat stalking his prey in the parking lot and the deer who was nibbling his dinner in the backyard! The beds were comfortable, and its always nice to have an extra blanket, towels provided for you in the room. Great place to stay, and economical.

The only thing that is slightly negative about our experience was the lack of a small refrigerator and microwave.

Very friendly owner; we called the reception desk to inform them we would arrive past 9pm so that the reception desk would already be closed, they were very friendly and all the arrangements for the key were perfectly organized! We even were upgraded to a bigger room with 2 queen beds! Very clean and comfortable place not too far from city center.

The bed was comfortable, I mean gave me that sweet dreams feeling! The owner was super friendly and even greeted us with cookies, a nice touch before bed.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was still reasonable for what you get.

The Inn Keepers are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is cute and is within walking distance of the town of Cambria. The hotel is much more affordable than most in the area.

The motel is not within walking distance to the beach. The television set is very small.

Clean, quiet and comfortable but never 3 star - at least not by uk standards.

We stayed here after travelling south on Highway 1 from Monterey and it was ok, but the star rating was off kilter - never 3 star as listed on Booked.net! Booked a room with a balcony at $20 more only to find that they were giving free balcony upgrades - not happy bunnies to say the least but not ones to complain especially as it was a special trip for my wife..Would recommend but not at the inflated Booked.netprice, and if you're off season don't even bother booking at all, just drop in at the plethora of places with vacancies - we could have got an equivalent room overlooking the ocean at $69.50

great stay but minor room issue

The room was immaculate, embodying a clean and cute atmosphere. It was refreshing to find every essential provided without needing to ask for anything.

There was a slight issue with the bathroom lighting that could be improved.
